Token Purchases

Purchases of Sutraz tokens are final and non-refundable. Purchased tokens do not expire and remain available in your Sutraz account until used, subject to the Sutraz Terms of Service.

Sutraz tokens are digital platform usage credits for eligible Sutraz features and services. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used outside Sutraz.

Billing or Technical Issues

If you believe you were charged more than once, paid for tokens that were not credited, or experienced another verified billing or technical error, contact support@sutraz.ai. We will investigate and correct verified errors where appropriate.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Nature of Sutraz Tokens

Sutraz tokens are platform usage credits only. They are not cryptocurrency, stored value, securities, investments, financial instruments, or a deposit account.
