Sutraz reviews refund requests thoughtfully. If you experience a duplicate charge, billing issue, token-crediting problem, or technical failure after purchase, contact support@sutraz.ai and we’ll review it promptly.

Tokens already used for completed application actions are generally not refundable, but we will always review edge cases fairly.
