What Sutraz AI does

Sutraz AI helps users discover relevant jobs, evaluate fit, and move through application workflows faster. The Sutraz AI Chrome Extension supports selected application flows by syncing a user's Sutraz AI session, resume context, and autofill profile to supported job application pages.

Information we may process

• Profile details a user provides to Sutraz AI, such as name, experience, skills, job preferences, work-authorization answers, and related matching information.
• Resume files, resume-derived autofill data, and resume-derived structured profile data needed to support job applications and role analysis.
• Session and account identifiers needed to keep a user signed in securely.
• Job preferences, saved jobs, job interactions, tracked job context, and application workflow status updates such as needs_action or submitted.
• Feedback a user submits through the Sutraz AI product.

How we use information

• To provide match scoring, Career GPS, job intelligence, role recommendations, fit analysis, and related decision-support tools.
• To personalize job recommendations, saved-job workflows, and application tracking.
• To autofill supported job applications at the user’s direction and provide extension-assisted application support.
• To keep application tracking and status updates consistent inside Sutraz AI.
• To improve product quality, relevance, reliability, and safety during testing and after launch.

AI processing and third-party providers

Sutraz AI may use third-party AI providers, job-data providers, infrastructure providers, and other service providers to help generate match scoring, Career GPS outputs, role intelligence, autofill support, and job-tracking features.

AI-generated outputs may be produced using user-provided information, resume data, job descriptions, third-party job data, saved preferences, and platform interaction data. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and users should independently verify important information before making decisions.

How the Chrome extension uses data

The Sutraz AI Chrome Extension stores only the data needed to connect a logged-in Sutraz AI account, keep the user’s resume available for upload steps, and autofill supported job applications. It runs only on Sutraz AI pages and supported job application domains listed in the extension manifest.

• Extension storage is used for session state, resume payload, and tracked job context.
• The extension communicates with the Sutraz AI backend to validate session state, fetch the user’s extension profile, and sync job status updates.
• The extension does not use unrelated browsing history for advertising or sell personal data.

Sharing

Sutraz AI does not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure and service providers needed to run the product, store data, deliver emails, process authenticated workflows, generate AI-assisted outputs, and support job-data integrations. Those providers process data only as needed to support the service.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, support the user account, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or security obligations. During private beta, some data may also be reviewed internally to diagnose product issues and improve the experience.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unnecessary collection and keep sensitive data scoped to real product needs.

User responsibility

Users should not upload, submit, or sync information they are not authorized to share. Users remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of resumes, profile data, application responses, attachments, and other submitted content.
